Hi, I’m Damian – the guy behind E-commerce Garage.
I manage eBay stores end-to-end: product research, listings, ad strategy, customer service, stock flow, and financials. I work hands-on, solving real operational issues and helping sellers keep their marketplaces efficient, structured, and profitable.

I first got into e-commerce at 15, helping out in a small family business – packing parcels, printing labels, and learning how online selling really works behind the scenes. That early exposure gave me a solid understanding of the day-to-day challenges sellers face.

Since 2020, I’ve been working professionally in the e-commerce industry – starting in the UK as a junior specialist and quickly moving through roles in logistics, stock planning, customer support, and eventually full account management. I’ve built storefronts from scratch, led teams, optimised listings, launched product drops, and handled operations for stores across both the UK and EU.
